Which details are needed to activate an application?
Enter the MAC displayed in the player. Device Key may be blank. The entered details are included in your WhatsApp activation message.
Where do I find my MAC and Device Key?
Open the application on the target device and check its home screen or settings. Copy its identifier, not the router's.
How do I install the player on Android TV?

Why is the app missing on my TV?
The store may limit apps by model, system and availability. Check the official listing or choose a compatible player.
What if IPTV keeps buffering?

What should I check for a black screen?
If no menu appears, check power and HDMI input. If the player opens, test another item and check the subscription.
Why is there picture but no sound?
Check mute, audio output and another available track. With an external box, also check the HDMI cable.
Do all channels provide EPG and replay?
No. EPG depends on programme data and replay on content availability. Player activation does not add them automatically.
How do I renew IPTV?

How do I receive the free month?

Does lifetime licence mean lifetime IPTV?
