Expired player licence: what needs renewing?

Record the exact message and open the player's licence page.

Check the displayed MAC and your previous activation reference.

If the device or connection changed, confirm the identifier with publisher support.

Choose an available licence term on our page. Add an IPTV subscription if needed.

After activation is confirmed, reopen the player. Lifetime licence does not extend the IPTV subscription.
